As an Arise Platform Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers via phone, chat, and email while representing top-tier global brands. This is an independent contractor role designed for individuals who enjoy flexible work, thrive in a remote setting, and excel at problem-solving and communication.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through the Arise Platform.

Provide prompt support related to billing, account issues, product guidance, and troubleshooting.
