Job Summary
Intec Infra-Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Entry Level) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to build a strong foundation in project management within the infrastructure and engineering sector. The selected candidate will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

Support coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.

Track project progress and prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Assist in cost tracking, billing support, and basic budget monitoring.

Participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews as required.

Maintain project records, drawings, contracts, and correspondence in an organized manner.

Support risk identification and issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of construction/project management processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
Experience

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects are encouraged to apply.

Internship or site exposure in infrastructure or construction projects will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Standard working hours: Monday to Saturday, as per project requirements

Flexibility to work extended hours or visit project sites when necessary
