Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, record management, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle email correspondence and back-office administrative support for various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports, business documents, and operational summaries.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support in managing client records and confidential information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Night Shift role: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (may vary slightly depending on client requirements).
  • Full-time, 5–6 days per week.
