Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to banking and finance products.

  • Provide accurate information on account balances, transactions, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

  • Assist clients in navigating online banking platforms and digital financial tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, or customer service principles.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service, call centers, or banking is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Flexible schedules available based on business needs.
