Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

• Serve food, beverages, and other in-flight services efficiently and courteously.
• Respond promptly and effectively to passenger requests, medical emergencies, or any in-flight incidents.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.
• Communicate clearly with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote and represent the airline’s brand in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or communications is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle long hours standing and walking in the cabin.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a passion for travel and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time, with flexible schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Rotational shifts depending on flight schedules.
• Availability for domestic and international flights as per airline operations.
