Job Summary

Language Links BPO is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Call Center Agent (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic and customer-focused team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience across both English and Spanish communication channels. This position requires a strong command of both languages, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in both Spanish and English with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.

  • Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the system.

  • Provide product and service information and guide customers through processes when needed.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging conversations professionally.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.

  • Freshers with strong bilingual communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

  • Rotational or fixed schedules may apply depending on business requirements.

  • Work-from-office or hybrid options may be available based on location.
