OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both French and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Document interactions accurately in the company CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide product or service information to customers and guide them through processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in developing knowledge base content for self-service resources.

- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, chat platforms, and MS Office suite.

Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Experience in remote work or virtual team collaboration is highly desirable.

Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate multiple time zones.
- Typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on team requirements).
