Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Blockchain Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our global Web3 community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and digital communities. As the primary voice and advocate of our brand across social and community platforms, you will play a critical role in shaping user engagement, strengthening brand trust, and driving long-term community loyalty.

You will work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging communication while fostering meaningful relationships with users, developers, partners, and influencers in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale online communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Web3 forums.

• Act as the main point of contact between the community and internal teams.

• Create and execute community engagement strategies, campaigns, and events (AMAs, online meetups, launches).

• Moderate discussions, manage feedback, and ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional community environment.

• Gather user insights and feedback and report trends to product and leadership teams.

• Develop content such as announcements, updates, FAQs, and community guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to support token launches, NFT drops, partnerships, and product releases.

• Identify and nurture community ambassadors, influencers, and advocates.

• Monitor community metrics and continuously optimize engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to manage and grow online communities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Familiarity with community tools such as Discord, Telegram, Notion, and CRM platforms.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging language.

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.

• Prior experience in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS environments is highly preferred.

• Experience working with global or decentralized teams is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
