Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues using CRM tools.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call handling metrics.

Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide consistent service.

Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Good typing speed and computer literacy.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Prior experience in customer service or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience

0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment is desirable.
