Job Summary
Axis Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Corporate Salary) to join our Corporate Banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth in corporate salary accounts, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring Axis Bank is their preferred banking partner. This role combines strategic business development with consultative client engagement to deliver tailored banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow corporate salary accounts.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and provide customized banking solutions, including salary accounts, corporate loans, and other financial services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of corporate accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed business targets and KPIs related to corporate salary account acquisition and revenue generation.

Conduct presentations, client meetings, and workshops to showcase Axis Bank’s corporate banking solutions.

Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, salary account structures, and financial solutions.

Experience
