Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager – Remote SaaS Sales to join our growing global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to potential customers, understanding their business challenges and positioning TechPro Solutions’ products as impactful solutions. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a passion for technology-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to sell SaaS or technology solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Standard working hours aligned with the primary target market (flexible depending on region).
  • May require occasional availability for international client meetings.
