Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas of growth.

  • Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, operations) to align strategies with company goals.

  • Track and report on business development activities, achievements, and ROI against set targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets or business development goals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

  • Experience in recruitment, HR solutions, or service-oriented industries will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

  • Flexibility may be required depending on client or project needs.

  • Strong understanding of business development processes and lead generation strategies.

  • Ability to analyze business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and resilience.

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
