Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our growing digital transformation team. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in leading and supporting enterprise-level ERP implementations across diverse client environments. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure that system solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in ERP platforms, business process mapping, and requirements analysis, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for ERP implementation projects, from discovery to post-go-live support.

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.

• Support data migration, system testing (UAT), and user training activities.

• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, or Manufacturing.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and scope.

• Provide ongoing system support, optimization, and documentation post-implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo).

• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

• Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Consultant.

• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed setup.

• Industry experience in finance, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or SaaS is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with client time zones (flexible scheduling available).

• Occasional overlap with global teams may be required.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into business language.

• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, test cases).
