Job Summary
ConnectVoice Support is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic inbound call centre team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 
- 
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.

Contribute to team goals and participate in regular training sessions to improve performance.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines in all interactions. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes. 
- 
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call centre software.

Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers. 
Experience
- 
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in handling inbound calls, support tickets, or client queries is advantageous. 
Working Hours
- 
Full-time position with flexible shift options to cover weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Standard shifts range from 8–10 hours per day, depending on operational needs.
