Job Summary
Careem Logistics Pakistan is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Assistant – Parcel Management to join our dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth handling, tracking, and delivery of parcels across our logistics network. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily management of parcel operations, including sorting, labeling, and dispatching parcels.

Maintain accurate records of parcel inventory, movement, and delivery status.

Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, and warehouse teams to ensure timely parcel handling.

Support the resolution of customer queries related to parcel tracking and delivery.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parcel status and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline parcel management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.

Experience

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or parcel management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours
