Careem Rides Pakistan is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Ride Operators to join our growing team in the Peshawar area. As a Ride Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth trip operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with Careem’s ride standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Careem rides within the Peshawar area, ensuring punctuality and safety.

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Follow traffic regulations and Careem’s operational guidelines.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues to the support team when required.

• Monitor ride requests via the Careem app and accept trips in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with Careem’s safety protocols and ride standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Pakistani driving license (for motorbike or car, depending on vehicle type).

• Knowledge of Peshawar city routes, roads, and traffic conditions.

• Ability to operate smartphones and navigate using GPS.

• Strong communication skills in Urdu, Pashto, and basic English (preferred).

• Good time management and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a polite and professional demeanor.

Experience

• Prior driving or ride-hailing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh candidates with valid driving licenses are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available (full-time or part-time).
