Job Summary
Careem Operations Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Coordinator to join our Rides team in Gujranwala. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational activities of our ride-hailing services, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day coordination of ride operations, including monitoring driver performance and ride requests.

Act as a primary point of contact for drivers and customers, addressing operational queries and concerns promptly.

Support the scheduling and allocation of rides to optimize service efficiency.

Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.

Collaborate with regional operations and support teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to ride operations and driver activity.

Contribute to driver engagement initiatives and training programs to enhance overall performance.
