Job Summary

Audit Alliance LLP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Accounts Officer with ACCA or CA qualifications to join our professional finance and audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial statements, and supporting internal and external audits. This position requires strong analytical abilities, advanced accounting knowledge, and the capacity to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

  • Oversee general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance reports, and performance assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Support external audits by preparing financial documents, schedules, and audit responses.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and expense monitoring.

  • Implement effective internal control procedures and recommend process improvements.

  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and auditors to resolve accounting discrepancies.

  • Assist senior management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the integrity of sensitive financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ACCA or CA certification is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, tax laws, and corporate financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar platforms).

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret financial data clearly.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional accounting or auditing experience preferred.

  • Experience working in an audit firm, financial services company, or corporate finance department is an advantage.

  • Fresh ACCA/CA graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may have extended hours during audit seasons or reporting deadlines).

  • Hybrid or onsite work arrangements depending on business needs.
