Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support with inquiries related to benefits, claims, billing, coverage, and healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members, providers, and partners with healthcare-related inquiries.

  • Accurately explain health plan benefits, claims status, billing issues, and coverage details.

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

  • Document all interactions in the system for tracking and compliance purposes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

  • Educate members on available healthcare programs, wellness resources, and digital self-service tools.

  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, insurance, or customer service environment preferred but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required).

  • Remote and hybrid options available depending on business needs.
