Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn healthcare systems quickly.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume interactions with accuracy.

  • Empathy, patience, and active listening skills when dealing with sensitive patient needs.

Experience

  • Prior customer service or call center experience is highly desirable.

  • Previous exposure to healthcare, insurance, or patient support services is an advantage.
