Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Remote Pharmaceutical Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about advancing healthcare through clinical research and want to contribute to high-impact pharmaceutical projects in a fully remote environment.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and patient safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and external investigators to support the successful execution of clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage assigned clinical trial sites remotely to ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Conduct remote site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

  • Review clinical trial documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), and essential trial documents.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, query resolution, and source data verification (SDV).

  • Identify and report protocol deviations, adverse events (AEs), and serious adverse events (SAEs).

  • Support investigators and site staff with training, guidance, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track study progress, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Prepare monitoring reports and contribute to audit and inspection readiness.

  • Maintain trial master files (TMF) and ensure documentation quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory frameworks (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar clinical operations role.

  • Experience in remote monitoring and decentralized clinical trials is highly preferred.

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.

  • Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, cardiology, CNS, or infectious diseases is an advantage).

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours aligned with project and sponsor requirements.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings across global time zones when required.

  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle and monitoring practices.

  • Strong understanding of ethical principles in clinical research.

  • Ability to interpret protocols, regulatory documents, and medical terminology.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
