Job Summary:

Concentrix is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Command Line Conversational Designer to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing conversational interfaces for command-line environments, ensuring seamless interactions between users and automated systems. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of linguistic creativity, technical understanding, and user experience design, with the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive command-line conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain command-line conversational scripts and workflows that enhance user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and UX teams to understand business requirements and user needs.

• Conduct research and testing to refine conversational flows, including edge cases and error handling.

• Analyze and interpret user interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

• Document conversational designs, scripts, and logic to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Keep updated with emerging trends in conversational AI, command-line interfaces, and UX best practices.

• Support integration of conversational solutions with existing tools and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in command-line interfaces (Linux, Unix, or similar environments).

• Experience with conversational AI platforms, chatbot frameworks, or scripting languages (Python, Shell, Bash, etc.).

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail for crafting clear and user-friendly dialogues.

• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles for conversational systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize command-line conversational workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in conversational design, command-line development, or related technical writing/UX roles.

• Experience with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or NLP systems is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.

Working Hours:
