Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at active construction sites in Singapore. This role is ideal for motivated Indian professionals who are passionate about construction management, safety compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines while upholding strict safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.

• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate site reports, daily logs, and progress updates.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols.

• Train workers on safety practices and operational procedures when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools).

• Willingness to work in Singapore and adapt to site conditions.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

• Prior overseas or Singapore project experience is an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and internship exposure may be considered for junior roles.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard: 6 days per week.

• Typical shift: 8–10 hours per day (as per project requirements).

• Overtime may be required during peak project phases.
