Key Responsibilities

• Write high-converting copy for full sales funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, VSL scripts, ads, and upsell/downsell pages.

• Develop clear, persuasive messaging aligned with brand voice and customer personas.

• Conduct audience research to understand pain points, motivations, and objections.

• Collaborate with performance marketers to optimize copy based on A/B testing and analytics.

• Edit and refine copy to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

• Work with designers and developers to ensure copy fits UX/UI best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and copywriting best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience writing direct-response and conversion-focused copy.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys.

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).

• Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on brand and audience.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing.

• Demonstrated portfolio of high-converting sales pages, email campaigns, or funnel projects.

• Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, coaching, or info-product brands is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is preferred.
