Job Summary
OceanGlide Cruises, a leading global cruise line renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences, is seeking a meticulous Cruise Job Documentation Executive to join our HR and Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing crew onboarding, employment documentation, and contractual compliance, ensuring that all staff are properly prepared for their assignments aboard our vessels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end documentation process for newly recruited cruise staff, including contracts, personal identification, and travel documentation.

Coordinate with internal HR, operations, and maritime departments to ensure compliance with company and maritime regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee documents in digital and physical filing systems.

Verify staff eligibility, certifications, and credentials for cruise assignments.

Support the onboarding process by preparing joining kits, employment letters, and briefing materials for new recruits.

Liaise with visa and immigration agencies, travel agencies, and third-party service providers as required.

Assist in auditing documentation and compliance reports for internal and external inspections.

Respond to staff queries related to employment documents, contracts, and onboarding procedures.

Collaborate with the HR team to streamline documentation workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

Strong understanding of employment contracts, HR policies, and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with international staff.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR documentation, employee onboarding, or administrative roles, preferably in the maritime, hospitality, or travel sectors.

Prior experience working with international staff or in a cruise line environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
