Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and product usage.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new applications and systems.
  • A customer-first attitude with empathy and patience.

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support global clients.
  • Ability to commit to scheduled shifts and occasional overtime when needed.
