Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

  • Meet or exceed established service quality and productivity metrics

  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes

  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is an advantage

  • Experience working in remote or flexible environments is a plus

Working Hours
