Job Summary

StarSupport Systems is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our clients and customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions clearly in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and services.

  • Uphold company values and ensure customer interactions reflect professionalism and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.

  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to empathize and build rapport quickly.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Adaptability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working in remote environments is a plus.

  • Previous exposure to customer support software, ticketing systems, or help desk operations is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling options.

  • Shift patterns may include day, evening, or rotational schedules based on business requirements.

  • Occasional availability during weekends or holidays may be required to support global customers.
