Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing EdTech division. This remote role is designed for professionals based in the UK or EU who are passionate about education technology and committed to helping customers achieve measurable success through digital learning solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our institutional and enterprise clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platforms. You will build long-term relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and contribute directly to customer retention and revenue growth. This role blends strategic account management, onboarding, training, and continuous engagement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.

Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of EdTech solutions.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Understand customer goals and align product capabilities to achieve desired outcomes.

Proactively monitor customer health, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

High level of emotional intelligence and customer empathy.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.

Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms is highly preferred.

Experience working with international clients across the UK and EU.

Demonstrated success in improving customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
