Job Summary

Client First is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to support and nurture our international client base. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, resolving complex customer issues, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from our products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle diverse client needs in a fast-paced, global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Understand client goals, guide them through onboarding, and support them throughout their journey.

  • Monitor client accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention rates.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to address customer concerns and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Track client interactions, document case histories, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Provide product training, walkthroughs, and best practices to maximize customer success.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining trust-based relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to global audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and online communication platforms.

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging client situations diplomatically.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Prior experience working with international clients is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Flexible shift schedule to accommodate global clients across different time zones.

  • Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on location and business needs.
