Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand SuccessBridge USA’s products, services, and client engagement processes.

  • Support the Customer Success team in responding to client inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support requests using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and suggest improvements to service delivery.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

  • Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required; this role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking a career transition into customer success.

  • Internships, volunteer work, or part-time roles in customer service or client-facing positions are advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

  • Occasional participation in team meetings and training sessions outside core hours may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of customer success principles and CRM software (training will be provided).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs effectively.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
