Key Responsibilities

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or department heads when necessary.

- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
