Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or department heads when necessary.

  • Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, CRM systems).
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.

Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or remote support roles will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Working Hours
