Key Responsibilities

 

    • Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, and/or phone

    • Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and patience

 

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues

 

    • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, sales, logistics) to resolve customer needs

 

    • Suggest solutions, improvements, and FAQs to enhance customer experience

 

    • Stay up-to-date on product features, policies, and system changes

 

    • Meet KPIs for response time, satisfaction score, and quality assurance

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

    • Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an asset

 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)

 

    • Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure

 

    • Comfortable using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)

 

    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly

 

    • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home

 

    • A quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection

 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

 

    • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or service industries

 

    • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, French, etc.)
