We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Hindi) to join our remote support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, chat, and email. You’ll help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in English and Hindi, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved.
• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service-level standards.
• Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or helpdesk preferred (freshers welcome with strong communication skills).
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy; comfortable using chat tools, CRMs, and email systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
• Ability to communicate in an additional Indian language (a plus).
• Previous experience in a remote or international customer support role.
