Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Global Security Operations team. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about protecting digital environments, identifying cyber threats, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring security events, responding to incidents, conducting risk assessments, and supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to strengthen our security posture and proactively defend against evolving cyber threats in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and security monitoring tools.

Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in penetration testing activities.

Analyze logs and network traffic to detect suspicious activities.

Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures.

Support compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST.

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to remediate security gaps.

Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation of security events.

Participate in threat intelligence activities and stay updated on emerging risks.

Provide security awareness and best practice guidance to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).

Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).

Familiarity with endpoint security, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.

Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys).

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in a cybersecurity, SOC, or IT security role.

Relevant certifications are a plus:

CompTIA Security+

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

CISSP, CISM, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).

Full-time, remote position.
