SecureKey Data is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our systems. This role demands precision, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The Data Entry Specialist will help ensure that our business operations run smoothly and that our data integrity is maintained at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Review and organize documents and records for efficient digital storage.

  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining logs for business analytics purposes.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and data consistency.

  • Perform routine data quality checks and audits to maintain system accuracy.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Adapt to new software, tools, or procedures as required by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration, IT, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Basic understanding of database management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or project management platforms is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (adjustable based on personal availability and deadlines).

  • Ability to meet daily/weekly targets is essential.
