Job Summary

Data Insights PH is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, design experiments, and create predictive models that enhance organizational performance. This role requires a combination of strong statistical knowledge, programming skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that support business objectives.

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

• Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and performance evaluation for business strategies.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science methodologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights that influenced business decisions.

• Experience with large-scale datasets, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics projects.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
