Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (airline/travel industry is a plus)

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome

  • Experience in remote or call center roles is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time & part-time remote positions available

  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs

  • May include weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts

  • Work-from-home with secure internet connection required
