Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives and accelerate pipeline growth across global markets. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads for our sales organization.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS or technology services who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue growth.

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital channels including email, content marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, and social platforms.

Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from acquisition and nurturing to handoff to sales.

Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on ICPs, buyer personas, and pipeline targets.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize based on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.

Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations to improve lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.

Create and test innovative campaign ideas, messaging, and content to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Oversee external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as required.

Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in B2B demand generation and growth marketing strategies.

Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content marketing, and SEO.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a demand generation or growth marketing role.

Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing campaigns.

Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
Working Hours
