Job Summary

NextGen Retailers is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) to lead our online growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, enhancing customer acquisition, optimizing e-commerce performance, and strengthening our brand presence across all digital channels. This position requires a results-driven leader who can combine creativity, analytical insights, and strong commercial acumen to scale our online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and other key digital platforms.

  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online conversions.

  • Monitor and optimize the e-commerce website for improved customer experience, retention, and sales growth.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, creatives, and ad formats to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.

  • Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive digital messaging and branding.

  • Manage email marketing, automation flows, and CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

  • Track industry trends and implement innovative digital strategies for competitive advantage.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of digital ads, performance marketing, and social media management.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing high-performing campaigns and driving measurable results.

  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during peak campaigns or launches.

  • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Skilled in audience segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and retargeting strategies.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
