Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Digital Reputation Defender to safeguard and enhance the online presence of our clients and executives. This role focuses on monitoring digital channels, mitigating reputational risks, managing online narratives, and implementing strategic brand protection initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Continuously monitor online channels, search results, social media, forums, and review platforms for brand mentions and potential risks.

Identify, assess, and respond to reputational threats, misinformation, or harmful digital content.

Develop and execute proactive reputation management and personal brand protection strategies.

Coordinate content suppression and positive content amplification initiatives.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, legal, and communications teams to address complex reputation incidents.

Prepare detailed reputation risk reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.

Support crisis response efforts and rapid digital remediation when incidents occur.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging digital threats, online trends, and platform policy changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
