Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Resolve order, payment, delivery, and product-related issues with accuracy and empathy.

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
