MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly driven and strategic E-commerce Growth Lead – Remote D2C Specialist to spearhead the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital business. As the E-commerce Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand performance across multiple online channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, supply chain, and customer experience to develop and execute growth strategies that maximize conversion, lifetime value, and market share.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for D2C e-commerce platforms.

Own revenue growth, traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention metrics.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid media (Google, Meta, marketplaces), SEO, email, and social channels.

Optimize website performance, UX/UI, and funnel metrics to improve conversion rates.

Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, dashboards, and BI tools to generate actionable insights.

Manage product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and merchandising plans.

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.

Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimentation for continuous improvement.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies in the D2C ecosystem.

Prepare regular performance reports and present growth insights to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of D2C business models and e-commerce growth frameworks.

Expertise in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital analytics.

Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).

Experience
