Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through email, chat, and/or voice support in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order-related queries, payments, refunds, returns, and delivery concerns
- Provide accurate information about Flipkart products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service-quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of escalated cases
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company guidelines, data privacy policies, and compliance standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, web applications, and CRM tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or BPO environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working in a remote or virtual setup will be an added advantage
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts, including rotational day and evening shifts
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on business requirements
