Job Summary
Online Sellers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Listing Specialist to join our growing digital operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality product listings across various online marketplaces. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and a deep understanding of e-commerce standards to ensure product visibility, accuracy, and conversion-focused presentation.
Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplaces.

Write compelling product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords to improve search ranking and conversion rates.

Manage product images, ensuring high-quality visuals that follow marketplace guidelines.

Conduct competitive research and benchmark product listings for improvement opportunities.

Monitor listing performance, including traffic, visibility, and conversion metrics.

Coordinate with the product, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and availability.

Identify and resolve listing errors or suppression issues promptly.

Maintain marketplace compliance by following category rules, standards, and platform updates.

Assist in catalog expansion and ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations and listing procedures.

Excellent written English and ability to craft persuasive product content.

Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and listing tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make improvements.

Attention to detail and accuracy in information management.

Ability to multitask and manage large product catalogs efficiently.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for marketplaces (Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, etc.).
Experience

1–3 years of experience as an E-commerce Listing Specialist, Catalog Executive, or similar role.

Experience listing products on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Freshers with strong skills and understanding of e-commerce tools may also be considered.
Working Hours

Full-time role: 8–9 hours per day

Monday to Friday (Weekend flexibility based on marketplace requirements)
