Job Summary

Correa Masonry is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Manager (Remote Support) to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. This role is responsible for managing digital storefronts, improving customer experience, driving online revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, operations, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on e-commerce platform experience and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  • Monitor online sales metrics and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.

  • Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization across platforms.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales trends to inform business decisions.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to online orders and transactions.

  • Optimize SEO, product descriptions, and on-site merchandising to improve visibility.

  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento).

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations.

  • Proven track record of improving online sales performance.

  • Experience working with cross-functional remote teams preferred.

  • Background in construction, masonry, or building materials industry is a plus but not required.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible schedule with core overlap hours as required by the business.

  • Occasional availability during peak sales periods or product launches may be needed.
