Job Summary

Laptech Spare World is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Operations & Packing Assistant to support our growing online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, product packing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders from multiple online platforms.

• Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to company standards.

• Ensure safe and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment dispatch.

• Maintain and update inventory records regularly.

• Assist in stock counting, product sorting, and warehouse organization.

• Monitor order status and resolve basic fulfillment issues.

• Support returns, replacements, and basic customer order queries when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and order within the packing and storage areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing is preferred.

• Familiarity with computers and order management systems.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow packing standards and instructions carefully.

• Basic communication skills in English or the local language.

• Physically fit to handle packing and light warehouse work.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, or packing roles is an advantage.

• Experience working with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) will be a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Typical shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary based on order volume).

• Weekly off as per company policy.

• Overtime may be required during peak sales periods.
