Job Summary

ShopSync USA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online operations. In this role, you will handle day-to-day tasks related to product management, order processing, customer support, and marketplace coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and an opportunity to work with a dynamic U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.).

  • Update product descriptions, titles, pricing, and inventory with accuracy and consistency.

  • Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and customer inquiries.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and listing optimization to improve conversions.

  • Support marketing tasks including social media scheduling, email campaign prep, and content updates.

  • Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports on sales, trends, and customer behavior.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners as needed.

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the overall operations team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or similar remote role.

  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce workflows.

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other major platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, CRM tools, or project management platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce, virtual assistant, or administrative support role.

  • Experience in handling product listings, customer service, and order processing preferred.

Working Hours

  • Remote, flexible schedule.

  • Must be available during U.S. business hours for team coordination and urgent tasks.

  • Full-time or part-time options depending on skill level and availability.
