Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented E-learning Instructional Designer to join our remote content development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support corporate training, professional development, and educational programs across various industries.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to transform complex information into interactive, learner-centered online courses. This position is ideal for someone passionate about learning technologies, instructional design theory, and creating impactful digital learning solutions for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses, modules, and learning journeys for web-based and mobile platforms.

Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to create effective learning experiences.

Collaborate with SMEs to analyze training needs and define learning objectives.

Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for digital learning content.

Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, simulations, assessments, and multimedia components.

Use authoring tools to build SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses.

Ensure learning materials meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards.

Review and update existing learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Track learner engagement and feedback to continuously improve course design.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies.

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.).

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience

2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning roles.

Proven experience designing and delivering online training programs.

Experience working with corporate training, higher education, or professional learning environments is preferred.

Portfolio demonstrating past e-learning or instructional design projects is a strong advantage.
Working Hours

Fully remote position.
