Job Summary

Outreach Solutions is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Mailchimp and Klaviyo to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who understands how to craft compelling email campaigns that engage audiences, drive conversions, and support broader business goals. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end email marketing initiatives, from strategy and content creation to automation, analytics, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Klaviyo

• Design and manage email workflows, automation sequences, and customer journeys

• Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement data

• Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand voice

• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign consistency

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and send times

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports

• Ensure email deliverability best practices, compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM, and list hygiene

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mailchimp and Klaviyo platforms

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and automation

• Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics

• Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce integrations is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

• 2–5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles

• Demonstrated success in running high-performing email campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce
